Summary

In vitro test for the quantitative determination of the urea/BUN (blood urea
nitrogen) concentration in human serum, plasma, and urine on
COBAS INTEGRA systems.

Kinetic test with urease and glutamate dehydrogenase2,3,4,5
Urea is hydrolyzed by urease to form ammonium and carbonate. In the
second reaction 2‑oxoglutarate reacts with ammonium in the presence of
glutamate dehydrogenase (GLDH) and the coenzyme NADH to produce
L‑glutamate. In this reaction two moles of NADH are oxidized to NAD+ for
each mole of urea hydrolyzed.

Withdrawal

If you wish to return products purchased online, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.

Provided that the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
