Οur products are original and are imported from the parent companies.
Are the products always available and what are the expiration dates?
Most of the products are off-the-shelf and the basic reagents are available on a permanent basis. The expiration dates are over 6 months and when you order, we mention the expiration date of the product and the LOT number.
Do you provide scientific and technical support?
Our company provides full technical and scientific support for the analyzers and reagents that you purchase from us.
