Description
Nutrient Agar is used for the cultivation of bacteria and the quantitative assessment of microorganisms in the water, waste and other materials. It is composed of peptones, beef extract and agar. This relatively simple formulation provides the essential ingredients for the growth of a great number of microorganisms that are not particularly pathogenic. Peptones are the main source of organic nitrogens, especially amino acids and long-chain peptides. The beef extract provides water-soluble substances like vitamins, salts etc. NaCl regulates the osmotic balance of the nutrient medium. Agar acts as a solidifying agent. Available in a bottle of 100ml and stored at 8-25°C.
Withdrawal
If you wish to return products purchased online, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
The products must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without having been opened, assembled, or installed, unless this was necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All returned products must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Provided that the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
