Summary
In vitro test for the quantitative determination of Apolipoprotein A‑1 in human serum and plasma on Roche/Hitachi cobas c systems. Immunoturbidimetric assay. Anti‑apolipoprotein A‑1 antibodies react with the antigen in the sample to form antigen/antibody complexes which, following agglutination, can be measured turbidimetrically.
