Description
Mannitol Salt Agar is used for the selective isolation and enumeration of Staphylococci from clinical or non clinical specimens. Peptones and beef extract provide the essential growth factors like nitrogens, carbon and trace nutrients. The high concentration of sodium chloride results in the partial or complete inhibition of the growth of all bacterial organisms other than Staphylococcus. Mannitol fermentation which causes the phenol red indicator to change colour helps differentiate the species of staphylococcus. The neutral red indicator turns colour when lactose is fermented. Available in a bottle of 100ml and stored at 8-25°C.
Withdrawal
If you wish to return products purchased online, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
The products must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without having been opened, assembled, or installed, unless this was necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All returned products must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Provided that the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
