Summary

Reagent and sample probe washes may be required due to potential interference from other reagents or samples. These special washes maintain reagent and sample integrity. Extra wash cycles are designed to improve the effectiveness of sample/reagent probe cleaning on COBAS INTEGRA 400 plus analyzers. They are only required for specific reagent combinations washes may be
added as needed.
If you wish to return products purchased online, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
The products must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without having been opened, assembled, or installed, unless this was necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All returned products must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Provided that the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
