Summary
In vitro test for the quantitative determination of alkaline phosphatase in human serum and plasma on Roche/Hitachi cobas c systems. Colorimetric assay in accordance with a standardized method.
In the presence of magnesium and zinc ions, p‑nitrophenyl phosphate is cleaved by phosphatases into phosphate and p‑nitrophenol.
Withdrawal
If you wish to return products purchased online, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
The products must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without having been opened, assembled, or installed, unless this was necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
